Board of directors of OAO «Gazprom is oil» made decision to begin placing of bonds of fourth series on 10 milliards of roubles of April, 21, talked in revealing to the company. Placing of nekonvertiruemykh of interest-bearing document bonds of OAO «Gazprom is oil» on a bearer to the series 04 with the obligatory centralized storage it will be carried out by collection of address requests from the side of buyers on acquisition of bonds on fixed
to the price and rate of coupon on the first coupon period.Issue of series 04 consists of 10 million papers the face value of 1 thousand of roubles, term of appeal of loan - 10 years.As reported before, on April, 7 OAO «Gazprom is oil» began placing of debut issue of bonds by volume of 5 milliards
roubles. Placing passes through the mechanism of construction of book of requests (Book-Building). The technical placing of issue is planned also on April, 21, 2009 on MMVB in the mode «Address requests», reports RIA «News».
