The personnel of service to the isolation and protecting from the overstrains of the Slavonic electric networks modernized the movable electrical engineering laboratory of Etl-10. An operator and high-voltage is modernized cut off laboratories. The equipment of reconstructed Etl-10 corresponds to the last word of technique: all processes of tests and measurings are automated. If before an important role during testing was played by human
factor, because assembling of charts was produced by hand and occupied much time, then after a reconstruction all is done automatically: by pressure of the button or switching of lever it is possible to include one or another proof-of-concept chart. In addition, an error is eliminated at assembling
charts.Through Etl-10 the tests of all high-voltage equipment of transformer substations of branch are produced, descriptions of equipment are measured. On the basis of results of tests drawn conclusion about possibility of his further exploitation.
