Videostena of Center of management networks on eight videokubakh allows to look after the complete picture of the state of basic network 110-35 kv production separations — Tula, Novomoskovskikh, Suvorovskikh and Efremovskikh of electric networks. There is a programmno-tekhnologicheskiy complex on this stage PSI-Control allows effectively and centralized to conduct monitoring of operative situation in a branch «Tulenergo» OAO «MRSK of Center and Privolzh’ya». In the near time complex PSI-Control will be accepted in industrial
exploitation.This complex, intended for providing of the centralized operativno-tekhnologicheskogo (controller’s) management the electric networks of branch «Tulenergo», executes the followings tasks: providing of optimum management distributing
and by the consumption of electric power with the decision of tasks of providing of reliability of power supply; increase of economic efficiency of the use of electric power and speed of realization of operative decisions due to upgrading and operationability administrative
to activity; timely grant to the operative and leading personnel of grid of reliable information real-time about motion of technological process, state of equipment and management facilities; providing of personnel retrospective
by technological information (registration of events, calculation of indexes, diagnostics of equipment and other) for an analysis, optimization and planning of work of equipment and his repair; increase of longevity, degrees of operating reliability of equipment.
