For the winter of subdivision of LTD. «Stroygazkonsalting» erected a 120 km of areas of gas pipeline «Bovanenkovo is Ukhta». Building of the first turn was conducted by four complex technological streams (KTP), formed on the stations of Kozhva, Pechora, Synya and Inta. Every KTP plugs in itself storage of pipe products, trubosvarochnuyu base, ground of storage of technique and able autonomically to execute all complex of linear works. An investor of project is OAO «Gazprom» – the special attention spares to quality of materials, therefore on building
systems of main pipelines «Bovanenkovo is Ukhta» sverkhprochnye pipes are used only by a diameter 1420 mm, counted on pressure 120 atmospheres. Welding passes in two stages – dvukhtrubnye sections prepare on trubosvarochnykh bases, and then by automated
welding complexes CRC-Evans and Serimax a process proceeds on the route of the built gas pipeline.By the end of April the left pipe will be cooked, put, covered. Temporal elektrokhimzaschita will allow to preserve an object to the next winter season. In summer on
