A candidate from REPUBLIC of south Africa of Abdul Sabad Minti (Abdul Sabad Minty) was supported by 11 councillors of IAEA, and 4 voices were given Spanish to Louis Echavarri (Luis Echavarri), Ar.Nesmotrya reports on obvious advantage of Amano, he so did not manage to collect necessary 2/3 voices and electing of new head IAEA
