In accordance with the decision of Board of directors of Bank of Russia from April, 23 and letter of CB RF from May, 5 «About List of organizations», «Belon» plugged in List of organizations the obligations of which can be accepted CB of Russia as providing of banks at crediting. Including of OAO «Belon» in this List talks about the decline of risk level for creditors Groups and is the effective mechanism of state support from the side of Central Bank of Russia.This fact testifies to the positive estimation, given Central
by the bank of Russia to the program of antikrizisnykh measures, by the realized Group «Belon», on the maintainance of liquidity and financial stability in the conditions of global economic crisis.Procedure of including of company in List of CB of Russian FEDERATION carries not only technical
character, but is yet and important confirmation of sufficient level of solvency of Group «Belon» in current terms. This fact must be instrumental in the acceleration of process of restructuring of current credit portfolio of company and decline of the promissory loading
in the period of crisis.
