Branch from an oil pipeline East Siberia – A pacific ocean (VSTO) on PEOPLES Republic of China will enter into a line-up at the end of 2010, the deputy of director general of state neftegazovoy corporation declared CNPC Chzhou Czinpin. Building of pipe will begin already at the end of April. It will connect the Russian settlement of Skovorodino with one of centers of Chinese oil industry – by a city Dacinom in by the north-eastern kitay of province Kheylunczyan. Annually on the Chinese branch planned
to transport the 15 million tons of oil.We will remind that the proper agreement was written between the Russian company «Transneft’» and CNPC in February, 2009 in Beijing. This project also entered in rossiysko-kitayskoe intergovernmental agreement, signed in
