Europe does not have facilities for financing of purchases of Russian gas by Ukraine, president of Evrokomissii of Zhoze Manuel’ Barrozu declared. To help Ukraine with payment of gas offered the government of Russia, which fears the reiteration of gas conflict of beginning of year, when the serve of fuel to Europe through the Ukrainian gas pipelines was interrupted on two weeks.But Barrozu however expressed a consent to discuss
financing of gas purchases on the session of European advice 18 and on June, 19. According to him, the European budget does not allow to help Ukraine, however much the leaders of ES must discuss however, that can be done on this stage.We will remind that on May, 28 with support of initiative of Russia
prime minister of Italy Sil’vio Berluskoni came forward. According to him, ES would undertake payment of half of the Ukrainian purchases of gas, because the economy of this country considerably suffered from an economic crisis.In the middle of May there is a president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev
declared that doubted in ability of Ukraine fully to pay delivery 19,5 milliard of cubic gas meters for beginning to swing in dug-outs. These volumes can be required to Ukraine, to provide trouble-free transit of fuel in a heating season.Ranee Russia
