On post of new director general of the International agency five candidates apply on atomic energy (IAEA) – Zhan-pol’ Ponsele (Belgium), Ernest Petrich (Slovenia), Yukiya Amano (Japan), Abdul Samad Minti (REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA) and Louis Echavarri (Spain). Permanent representative of Japan at international organizations in Vienna of Yukiya Amano and his colleague from REPUBLIC of south Africa of Abdul Samad Minti already were candidate on this post, however at the end of March Advice of managers IAEA was not able on the special session to choose new general
directors of Agency. Voting again did not bring two third of voices of 35 stran-uchastnic Advice of managers to none of candidates. Amano obtained the most high result – 22 voices, however it not enough, RIA Novosti reports.IAEA is officially after it
appealed to all stranam-chlenam Agencies with suggestion to pull out candidatures on post of director general. Additional three candidatures appeared. Not eliminated, that the new voting will pass to beginning of next session of Advice of managers, which
