Today within the framework XIII Petersburg International economic forum, meeting of chairman of rule OAO took place «Gazprom» Alex Millera and director general GP «Serbiyagaz» Dushana Bayatovicha. Parties discussed current issues of collaboration in a neftegazovoy sphere. The special attention was spared strategically to the important projects: to the gas pipeline «South stream» and PKHG «Banatski court»the .uchastniki meetings marked that registration of joint venture was
on the final stage agreed, that companies already would set to work above TEO. Next week will be formed and a joint technical workinggroup will set to work.On PKHG «Banatski court» parties discussed issues of preparation of agreement on basic terms
transactions, which will be foundation for acceptance «Gazpromom» investment decision and creation of joint venture. Taking into account that PKHG «Banatski court» it is strategically an important project for Serbia and there is a limit of time on the terms of beginning to swing
gas, the participants of meeting decided to begin it forces «Serbiyagaz», and afterwards to accomplish a swapfile operation. The question of building of new PKHG was also considered on territory of Serbia.It was marked on meeting, that «Gazprom» supports intention «Serbiyagaz»

parties on the predynvesticionnoy stage of project and determines terms, order of creation and mechanisms of activity of joint venture (SP), which will be founded for planning, building and exploitation of the Serbian area «South stream». Stake «Gazproma»
in SP will make 51%, «Serbiyagaza» – 49%. «Yugorosgaz» it is formed in 1996 on the basis of intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Yugoslavia. Planning, building, exploitation of gas pipelines behave to the basic spheres of activity of company,
and also sale and transit of natural gas. In the chartered capital of propulsion MODULE «Yugorosgaz» participate: OAO «Gazprom» – 50%; «Serbiyagaz» – 25%; «Central ME Energy & Gas AG» – 25%.
