In Kaliningrad today a conference will pass with participation the minister of energy Sergey Shmatko and governor of region George Boosa. The theme of conference will be become by building of Baltic (By Kaliningrad) AES which will allow to remove dependence of region on deliveries
electric power from Pribaltiki. Presently the Kaliningrad area on 30%
exploitation of the second (and last) block AES in 2009,
the station will consist of two power units of Vver-1200 (vodo-vodyanoy power reactor) by power 1200 Mvt each.
