On 54 substations of MES of Volga the territorial distributed system of account of electric power is handed over in installation and check-out phase (AIIS KUE). A primary purpose of project is creation of modern informacionno-izmeritel’noy CAS of commercial and technical account of electric power with complete accordance with the requirements of telephone EXCHANGES for providing of financial arrangements on a wholesale and retail
markets of electric power. KUE MES Volga is trekhurovnevuyu CAS with the hierarchical distributed processing of information: - the first level plugs in itself the izmeritel’no-informacionnyy complex of point of account (IIK THAT);-
the second level plugs in itself the informacionno-vychislitel’nyy complex of elektroustanovki (IVKE);- the third level plugs in itself the informacionno-vychislitel’nyy complex (IVK) of .specialisty company R.V.S. executed the complex of works on planning of AIIS KUE,
to editing and adjusting of the system on all substations 220 kv MES of Volga. Within the framework of project the inspection of substations was executed; planning of AIIS KUE, including planning of necessary segments of corporate network; editing and shef-montazh kontrollernogo equipment
on objects; tuning of ductings of connection; setting and configuring of complex AIIS KUE software; testing and preparation of documents.«By the specialists of our company more than 1700 meters were set on 54-kh territorial distributed
