In opinion of participants of negotiations, Iran and Russia have considerable potential of bilateral co-operation in this area. Parties expressed a willingness to realize these projects, both on bilateral basis and on the markets of the third countries.Parties consented
with that Russia and Iran have considerable potential of development of mutual relations in a neftegazovoy sphere. The conducted consultations rotined the high level of understanding and trust of parties. In the total an agreement is attained about providing of the continuous monitoring
