Today in Almaty a memorandum is signed between propulsion MODULE «NAK «Kazatomprom» and Chinese Guandunskoy by a yaderno-energeticheskoy corporation (CGNPC) about creation of joint venture on building of nuclear power plants in PEOPLES Republic of China. In accordance with a memorandum, visa president of propulsion MODULE «NAK «Kazatomprom» Mukhtarom Dzhakishevym and chairman of Board of directors of corporation CGNPC Cyanem Chzhiminem, parties will create a joint venture – specialized company, sphere of activity
which, as assumed, will include erection of nuclear power plants, build management and supervision of building of AES. A build company will be invested jointly with Chinese yaderno-energeticheskoy by an engineering company, dochernim
by subdivision CGNPC, and NAK «Kazatomprom».c. Chzhimin’, mentioning about erection presently in China 16 atomic reactors, told about the plans of the Chinese government in regard to further development of atomic industry. By main reason of building
numerous AES there are present ecological problems, related to the extrass of hotbed gases in an atmosphere. Welcoming support of governments of two countries, rendered to the collaboration of companies «Kazatomprom» and CGNPC, a foreign atomic scientist voiced hope,
that vzimodeystvie will be close and fruitful. In addition, taking into account mushroom growth of world atomic industry, he did not eliminate, that «the collaboration of two companies in the future will be limited only by projects in Kazakhstan and PEOPLES Republic of China». . Dzhakishev, in same queue,
described a memorandum «by the second step in strategic partnership of the company headed by him and CGNPC». The first step, according to him, is already done – the day before with participation of Chinese delegation a new uranium mine was opened «Irkol’» in Kyzylordinskoy of area. He
