Specialists of OAO «FSK OF ECC», OAO «WITH ECC», OAO «INTER OF RAO OF ECC» and to the Finnish network company Fingrid began realization of the final stage of project on translation of Kvpu-4 PS «Vyborg» in reversible office hours.
