«OAO «AVTOVAZ» recommends butters «LUKOYL», and also logotypes «Fuel of ACTO» in guidances after exploitation of all cars, producible OAO «AVTOVAZ». Except for this OAO «AVTOVAZ» will recommend to the technical service of cars (ONE HUNDRED) stations, to entering
in an own network, at maintenance of cars in a guarantee and postgarantiynyy period, producible OAO «AVTOVAZ», to use goryuche-smazochnye materials of production of OAO «LUKOYL».so of the party of OAO «LUKOYL» will provide supplying with high-quality petrols,
diesel fuel and lubricating materials, including motor and transmission butters «first priming» for providing of trouble-free work of conveyer and technological equipment.For the increase of competitiveness OAO «LUKOYL» and OAO «AVTOVAZ»
will study joint manufacturabilities and tests of perspective goryuche-smazochnykh materials with subsequent by their certification and receipt of admittances and approvals on application. Presently within the framework of partnership with OAO «AVTOVAZ» specialized company
«Llk-interneshnl» (100% associated company of OAO «LUKOYL») already developed the row of the special motor butters and successfully completed the tests of transmission butters «LUKOYL of Tm-4» and «LUKOYL-TM5».storony also agreed about the leadthrough of single technical policy in an area
upgrading of goryuche-smazochnykh materials with the purpose of their conforming to the modern international requirements on the level of operating properties and norms of ecological safety.In 2008 of OAO «LUKOYL» OAO put «AVTOVAZ» butters to the amount of more than 350
roubles. In the first quarter of 2009 the volume of supplying with butters made more than 730 thousand of tons. Stake of butters of OAO «LUKOYL» for «first priming» cars LADA makes 100%. Stake of butters of OAO «LUKOYL» at the use in the technological equipment of OAO «AVTOVAZ» makes
more 85%.
