Company LUKOIL EURASIA PETROL A.S. (100% daughter’s company OAO «LUKOYL») paid second transh in size of 150 million dollars of the USA on account of payment for the shares of the Turkish company Akpet. Payment is produced due to the personal funds of Group «LUKOYL».napomnim, that LUKOIL EURASIA PETROL A.S. purchased 100% shares of company Akpet in November, 2008 for the 555 million dollars of the USA. By parties of transaction an agreement was attained about stage-by-stage payment of cost of acquisition
subject to conditions interest-free arranging on the installment system.Payment of the first tranche in size of 250 million dollars The USA was carried out on November, 24, 2008. On the conditions of the agreement, payment of the second and third tranche must be produced by not later than April, 30 and October, 30, 2009 accordingly.Assets
to the Turkish company, in particular include about 700 AZS, vast terminal economy power more than 300 thousand of cubic meters, and also factory on a production and packing of motor butters.Presently general amount of AZS of company LUKOIL EURASIA PETROL A.S. in Turkey makes
more than 770 units.
