Today LUKOYL paid the 852,47 million euro of the Italian company ERG within the framework of transaction on acquisition 49% stakes of participating in a joint venture on a management neftepererabatyvayuschim complex ISAB on Sicily. Lump sum a transaction made 1,45 milliards of euro including the cost of commodity supplies of oil on the middle costs of November 2008. An agreement about creation of SP was signed on Junes, 23, 2008. In a prospect the stake of Lukoyla in SP can be megascopic. 6 it was November, 2008 signed by parties
adding to the agreement in which, in particular, was foreseen that a closing of transaction date will become on December, 1, 2008. To this date LUKOYL paid first transh in size of 600 million euro. An agreement was also attained, that remaining money facilities will be
paid by three separate transhami with arranging on the installment system to the end of September of 2009. Thus, arranging for today’s payment, LUKOYL fully before the appointed time paid off with ERG. A discount for advance payment made a 15 million euro. Except for it ERG in the flow of 4-kh years can accept
decision about a sale to Lukoylu to it 51% stakes in SP with a discount in size of 15 million euro.
