New control system by repairs of power equipment (ASUREO) is called to promote an operationability and quality of leadthrough of repairs, due to what reliability of power supply of users of the Ural region will be enhanceable with a population 17 million persons. In Management of MES of Ural, by Sverdlovsk, Yuzhno-ural’skom, Permskom enterprises of MES, and also on 18 key and remote substations 220-500 kv to the end of June the servers of ASUREO will be set. On ductings of connection of request on repair from substations will be passed at first on
servers of enterprises, and then on a central server in Management of MES of Ural. it is a programmno-tekhnicheskiy complex with a single database, system of notification and automatic sending, normativno-spravochnoy information and history of work
with requests. He allows to automatize the process of creation, consideration and treatment of controller’s requests on repair of power equipment. Introduction of ASUREO will allow to the employees of controller’s services of enterprises and Management of MES of Ural to get operative
access to necessary information directly from the workplace, real-time to control implementation of workovers on all energoob’ektakh MES of Ural. In addition, the new system will allow to accelerate the process of serve and concordance of requests
on repair of energooborudovaniya, and, more operatively to begin works. Ural carry out the activity on territories of the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinskoy, burial Mound, Orenburgskoy and Kirovskoy areas, and also Udmurtskoy Republic and Permskogo edge.
There are 104 substations in exploitation of branch 35-500 kv and a more than 15 600 km of lines of electricity transmission. More than 1 200 persons work in MES of Ural.
