The ministry of finance Russian FEDERATION plans to enter «tax vacations» for working mine in the district of Okhotskogo and Black Maureies, zamministra of finances of Russian FEDERATION Sergey Shatalov reported at tax conference of RSPP. He reminded that in 2008 tax vacations on mining were given to the new deposits in an arctic shelf, Caspian and Azovskom seas and on a peninsula Yamal. added that for support of oil industry a decision was accepted
about the decline of rate of tax on mining (NDPI). In addition, a government prepares a normative base for substituting of NDPI by oil on the excess duty of profits or additional profit.According to him, were also accepted decision about the decline of export duty
on oil the order of calculation of customs duty is changed, RIA Novosti passes.
