Today delegation of NAK «Naftogaz of Ukraine» at the head with the first vice-chairman of rule of company Igor Didenko took part in meeting of the Co-ordinating group of European Union on questions of gas in Brussels. During meeting parties considered a current situation with filling of PKHG of Ukraine by natural gas and role of PKHG in providing of reliable transit of Russian gas in the countries of Europe in a fall-winter period. During negotiations participants attained a consent in that question

credit from the side of consortium of international financial institutions in a size near $4,2 milliard; – purchase by the European companies of necessary volumes of natural gas for subsequent storage in Ukrainian PKHG. Parties did not eliminate possibility of complex also
going near the decision of this question by the association of the above-mentioned variants.At the same time, it should be noted that in the case of beginning to swing and storage of certain volumes of gas the European companies PKHG of Ukraine (in the case of introduction of this variant) need
in the detailed concordance questions of technological and financial parameters of the modes of this gas and gas extraction intended for the users of Ukraine.In meeting of the Co-ordinating group of European Union on questions of gas the representatives of OAO took part also «Gazprom».
All parties during the discussion of questions occupied structural position.: The co-ordinating group of ES on questions of gas was created in 2006 in accordance with positions of Directive 2004/67 for avouching for safety of supplying with natural gas. Group
Evrokomissiya heads, and the representatives of the proper establishments of countries of ES, European organizations of gas sector and users, are included in its composition. Meetings of group take place regularly (at least 4 times per a year) with a purpose about
situations at the gas market of every country and development both kratko- and long-term measures on providing of safety of supplying with gas in the countries of European Union.
