The Chinese scientists developed technology of production from inexpensive organic materials of light-emitting diode of white luminescence, twice excelling analogical models on a brightness. Modern light-emitting diode is far more economical, than incandescent lamps and luminescent sources of light; their KPD to 50 percents can reach. However much distribution of technology restrains temper complication of creation of light-emitting diode of white luminescence (to construct
a monochromatic source is not difficult here). In order that to provide naturalness of illumination, developers have either to combine the radiation of three sources (white, dark blue and red) or skip a radiation through a filter or layer
