JOINT-STOCK COMPANY « Nizhnevartovskaya GRES» today conducts the preliminary stage of the public listening of materials as evaluated by affecting surrounding and socio-economic environment (OVOSES) of building and exploitation of the third power unit of GRES. During the preliminary stage of the public listening general information is given about a project and his participants, and also questions are collected from a population. It is planned that the next stage of the public listening will pass in the third quarter of current year. On him will be
answers are presented for questions and the detailed presentation of project is conducted. Purpose of the public listening – to provide maximal transparency of information on a project, to get comments on him from the interested parties and locals, and to assist
to development of measures on prevention and diminishing of possible unfavorable socio-economic and ecological consequences, related to building and exploitation of the third power unit. Realization of project the joint venture of Ogk-1 is engaged in
and TNk-bp is joint-stock COMPANY «Nizhnevartovskaya GRES». The third power unit will be built next to two operating power units of GRES, located in the bend of the river Vakh, approximately in a 4 km from the settlement of Izluchinsk of the Nizhnevartovskogo district. Now set power of GRES, located
in a region with the high level of energy consumption, 1600 makes Mvt. Putting into the operation of the third power unit, by power to 900 Mvt, will allow to increase the volume of electric power, Tyumenskoy area supplied to the users. Mainly it is extractive companies of neftegazovogo
sectors, consuming 87% the electric power are in a region. It is planned that power unit, erected with the use of progressive technologies and newest equipment, will be one of most modern not only in Russia but also to Europe. Project

region, and in particular, to the market of labour. So, on the stage of building creation of temporal workplaces is planned, a necessity for which will exist approximately during 2 years. On calculations, after putting of the station into an operation it will be created to 100 permanent
new workplaces.
