On a mine «Osinnikovskaya» companies «Yuzhkuzbassugol’» (enterprise «Evraz Grup») began editing of gorno-shakhtnogo equipment for preparation of new lava 1-1-5-6 (encore), reported EnergyLand.info in press-sluzhbe of company. In a new cleansing coalface it is planned to set a lavnyy conveyer «Anzhera-34», scraper movable unloader of PSP 308 and crusher of DU 910/02, made on by Anzhero Sudzhensk machine-building plant. In addition, in lava 1-1-5-6 (encore) will be mounted mechanized
complex «Glinik 21/45» and, passing major repairs and modernization, combine KSW – 1140E. Now the specialists of mine and by contract organizations assemble a cleansing equipment and mechanized sections of krepi. In particular, setting of lavnogo conveyer is conducted,
by the productivity 1 300 t/h and long a 205 m, scraper movable unloader of PSP 308 and crushers. A new equipment answers the requirements of industrial safety and well showed oneself on other mines of company «Yuzhkuzbassugol’». In nastoyaschee
time on a mine repair and modernization of combine is completed KSW – 1140E, on an asm more powerful frequency transformer is set and the diameter of shneka is megascopic on 300 mm. It will allow considerably to promote safety of conduct of mountain works, and also to increase the productivity
equipment. A start in work of new gorno-shakhtnogo equipment will provide stable and reliable work of mine «Osinnikovskaya». New lava 1-1-5-6 (encore) it is planned to put into an operation at the end of May of 2009. The supplies of coal of cleansing coalface will be enough probably
to April, 2010. It is monthly planned to grass no less than 150 thousand of tons of coal on a mine.
