On November parogazovoy power-station (Yamalo-neneckiy autonomous district), editing of CAS of technological process control is completed. It will allow considerably to facilitate a management the station and promote its efficiency. CAS of management technological processes (TO THE ACE TP) is a complex of programmatic and technical facilities, intended for the automated management the equipment of enterprise. He allows to reduce influence of human factor
on the guided processes, to shorten an operating personnel, minimize charges, substantially to promote efficiency of production. Basic functions, executable the similar systems, plug in itself control and management, exchange by information, treatment, accumulation
and storage of information, avtoregulirovanie, construction of charts and reports.For November PGE created an ACE TP on the base of the Russian equipment joint-stock COMPANY «A PEAK is Progress». On the basic and auxiliary equipment of power-station sensors, information, are mounted from which
will enter comptrollers to ACE TP. From there given about the state of equipment will head for an operator stand, that will allow to manage power units and operatively to react on any changes in-process equipment.For the leadthrough of starting-up and adjustment
works specialists of LTD. «Service of the New generation» jointly with EPH joint-stock COMPANY «Engineering company QUARTZ» created the mathematical model of power unit of PGU, on which all complex of algorithms was worked off to ACE TP, such as remote control, technological
defence and blocking, avtorgeulirovanie, foot-pace programs.November PGE is to one of the most front-rank in a technical relation objects of similar type in Russia. Power units of the station consist of gas turbine PG6581 productions of company General Electric set
by power 42 Mvt, steam kotla-utilizatora (OAO «Zio-podol’sk») and steam introduction of a heating system turbine by power 20 Mvt (OAO «Kaluzhskiy turbine factory»). Building of November parogazovoy power-station is carried out by the group of companies «Intertekhelektro – New
generation». The set electric power of the station is
