«The modernized system of teleautomatics and connection, mounted on the stations of Kes-kholdinga in Chuvashii, will allow to increase efficiency of management the equipment of the stations», – the director of branch of OAO marked «Tgk-5» « Mariy El and Chuvashii» Sergey Dobrov. On Nocheboksarskoy Tec-3 division of Kes-kholdinga «Generation of Ural» the modernized system of teleautomatics and connection is started in a permanent operation and maintenance phase (Stmis). The controlled from distance checking and management system uses the most front-rank decisions for
exchange by technological information with Chuvashskim RDU. Stmis allows real-time to provide a reliable and operative transmission on controller’s centers of RDU of information about all changes of the state of generating equipment of the station.In experimental
it was exploitation of Stmis at the station from February, 2 of current year. Integration tests and testing of the system of teleautomatics and connection were conducted at the station in accordance with the requirements of balancing market of electric power.There is work on Cheboksarskoy Tec-2
on modernization Stmis was completed in April, 2009. The total worth of works on creation of Stmis Cheboksarskoy Tec-2 and Novocheboksarskoy Tec-3 made about 30 million roubles.
