The working conference of staff on preparation to the extension of terms of exploitation of power units under the direction of director of the station Andrey Petrova took place on Smolenskoy AES, reported EnergyLand.info in an informative center AES. A conference was devoted to consideration of motion of works and plans on the nearest prospect on implementation of the program on preparation of power units Smolenskoy AES to the extension of terms of exploitation.The considerable volume of works is directed on preparation to major repairs
block 1, which will take place in 2010. Within the framework of extension of operating resource of the first power unit it is assumed to modernize specsistemy, replace an equipment, producing the resource.To date a contract is already celled with a general contractor
with OAO «Atomenergoremont», a contract geared-up to signing with OAO «Elektrocentromontazh» on modernization of specsistem. Measures are conducted on development of project document the specialists of SAES and by contract organizations, held competition on supplying with an equipment.On
second and third power units of Smolenskoy AES the leadthrough of similar works is planned on modernization and reconstruction of equipment. A requirement specification is presently developed, developments of investment project and task are conducted on planning.In
2012 to the year – first, in 2015 – second, in 2020 – third power units of the Smolenskoy atomic station will work fixed a project 30 years. The leadthrough of measures on the extension of terms of their exploitation will allow to save generating powers of AES and shut out a decline
attained indexes on the volumes of produced electric power, and also to promote their strength security.
