MES of Volga repaired six compressors on substations 500 kv Kuybyshevskaya, Nitrogen, 220 kv Kinel’skaya (Samara area), Saratov, Ershovskaya (Saratov area). Compressors behave to basic substation equipment and provide work of air switches, intended for disconnecting of the damaged areas of network in neshtatnykh situations. Reliability and operationability depends On normal work of compressor
works of switch.As a result of the executed works reliability of power supply of users of the Samara and Saratov areas is enhanceable. The cost of works exceeded 7 million roubles.In all within the framework of the repair program 2009 years major repairs of 23 compressors will be executed
on 11 substations of region. The total worth of works will exceed 29 million roubles.Substations 500 kv Kuybyshevskaya, Nitrogen and 220 kv Kinel’skaya is responsible for the energy supply of users of the Samara area, among which the Volzhsk motor-car factory, Tol’yattinskiy nitric factory,
Novokuybyshevskiy neftepererabatyvayuschiy factory et al. Substations 220 kv Ershovskaya and Saratov provide electric power of users of the Saratov area, including row enterprises of light and food industry, and also agroindustrial
complex.
