Today the working meeting of chairman of rule OAO took place in Moscow «Gazprom» Alex Millera and prime minister of Republic of Kyrgyzstan Igor Chudinova. Parties considered the questions of development of collaboration in a neftegazovoy sphere. In particular, joint work came into question in the field of secret service and booty of hydrocarbons, development of wholesale and retail markets of nefteproduktov in Kirghizia, and also transporting and distributing
natural gas on territory of republic.Terms and forms of participation came into question during negotiations «Gazproma» in privatization of objects of neftegazovoy infrastructure of Kirghiz Republic.The participants of meeting confirmed the personal interest in the further strengthening
mutually beneficial long-term partnership between «Gazpromom» and by Kirghizia on all spectrum of bilateral collaboration.: the supplies of natural gas in Kirghiz Republic are estimated in 6 milliards cube. m Mastering of gas deposits is laboured
from geological features not enough the developed infrastructure. The own booty of natural gas in a republic makes about 30 million cube. m in a year. A consumption of gas is about 750 million cube. in a year.There is OAO in May, 2003 «Gazprom» and government of Kirghiz Republic
signed long-term Agreement about a collaboration in gas industry for a term of 25 years.There is OAO in January, 2006 «Gazprom» and the government of Kirghizia was signed Memorandum about intentions on creation of joint rossiysko-kirgizskogo venture in neftegazovoy industry.
In May, 2007 for creation of basis for activity of SP of OAO «Gazprom» and the government of Kirghizia was signed Agreement about general principles of leadthrough of geological study of bowels of the earth, within the framework kotorogo:* in February, 2008 OAO «Gazprom» got two licenses to a right
using the areas of bowels of the earth on the areas of Kugart and East Maylisu IV;* in July, 2008 the Stage-by-stage program of geological study of bowels of the earth is ratified on these areas on 2008-2011 gg.;* there is OAO in December, 2008 «Gazprom» completed development of projects of geologo-poiskovykh
works on two indicated areas.In October, 2008 for development of mutually beneficial long-term collaboration in area of transporting and distributing of gas on territory of Kirghizia of OAO «Gazprom» and the government of republic was signed Memorandum about the mutual understanding

general principles and basic terms of realization of project.In 2006 on territory of Kirghizia of OAO «Gazprom is oil» created the associated company «Gazprom oil Asia». To date a company is the largest in Kirghizia operator on a wholesale and retail
markets of nefteproduktov, and also the condensated hydrocarbon gas.
