Executing the programs of repairs in full, Ogk-1 the last years reduces repair expenses due to permanent work with repair companies on the decline of cost of their services, and also optimization of repairs taking into account the technical state of equipment. A technical audit, monitoring and diagnostics of equipment, is conducted in advance. For fall-winter period 2008-2009 years on power-stations of Ogk-1 not a single failure or limitation of users was fixed. In the repair program 2009 years foreseen
all types of repairs, necessary for providing of safe and reliable work of equipment of GRES. Thus within the framework of the complex program on a management costs their cost is optimized, including due to the cutback of spending on sverkhtipovye works which
does not influence to trouble-free work of power-stations and which are not directed on warning of technological violations. The total worth of workovers of Ogk-1 in a current year is planned in a volume 2,2 milliards of rub without VAT (including Nizhnevartovskuyu GRES). On these facilities
it is planned to conduct major repairs of the second and seventh power units and fourth hydroelectric generator on Iriklinskoy GRES, second power unit and third cooling tower on Kashirskoy GRES, second power unit on Permskoy and Nizhnevartovskoy GRES, second kotloagregata
on Urengoyskoy GRES, and also seventh power unit, second, third and seventh kotloagregatov on Verkhnetagil’skoy GRES. To the repair campaign Verkhnetagil’skaya GRES began the first: repairs began in January and will last to the end of year. From the beginning of this year
middle repairs of sixth and twelfth kotloagregatov and permanent repairs of fifth and eighth kotloagregatov are executed. Major repairs of third kotloagregata, permanent repair of ninth power unit and middle repair of eleventh kotloagregata, proceed.
On Iriklinskoy GRES middle repair of fourth power unit and permanent repairs of the first and third power units is already executed in February. Kashirskaya GRES began repairs in March, first was shown out in permanent repair the first power unit. In April shown out in middle
fourth power unit. On Permskoy GRES of March, 23 the third power unit is shown out in the planned permanent repair. On the first and second power units middle and capital repairs will be produced accordingly, which will be completed to on September, 26 of current year. Parallell
repair of buildings and buildings of Permskoy GRES will pass. Completion of repair campaign is set on the middle of October, 2009. Nizhnevartovskaya GRES services basic and auxiliary equipment, permanent repair of the first will begin in April
