Today the chairman of government of Russian FEDERATION Vladimir Putin accomplishes a working journey to the Tverskuyu area. During a journey a vice-prime visited Kalininskuyu AES, where visited on the site area of power unit 4. At the atomic station the head of government conducted a conference on a question «About development of atomic energy». Basic task of conference – discussion of motion of realization of the Federal having a special purpose program «Development of atomic energopromyshlennogo complex of Russia on 2007-2010 years
and on a prospect to 2015 year».kaes is located in town Udomlya in the north of the Tverskoy area in a 125 km from a city Tver. Power-station is intended for coverage of deficit of power in the incorporated grid of Russia. It plugs in itself three power units with vodo-vodyanymi
by power reactors (VVER), by the set power 1000 Mvt each. Delivery to electric power is carried out on two lines 330 kv and four – 750 kv. Building of 4-go power unit the start of which is set on 2011 is begun in 2007. Director of AES Leonid Martynovchenko
told Putinu about motion of works. Starting-up and adjustment tests will pass in September, 2011, and loading of fuel and starting of power unit will be produced in December of that year. On calculations, starting of new block additionally will give 6,5 milliards kW ch in a year with Kalininskoy AES, will increase
tax entering of AES budget of the Tverskoy area almost on the third. Also 400 workplaces will be created for the personnel of the station.In 2008 KAES transferred a more than 1,3 milliard of roubles in the budgets of all levels, including in the budget of the Tverskoy area – over 1,2 milliard of roubles, that
made 4,5% profitable base of region.Quantity of workings at the station presently makes 4 thousand persons, and a middle pay-envelope in the first quarter of this year attained almost 30 thousands of roubles.
