Russia will not begin to fine Byelorussia for the shortage of gas in 2009, the ambassador of Russian FEDERATION in Byelorussia Alexander Surikov declared. According to him, Byelorussia can have shortage on results 2009 five milliards of cubic gas meters. Reason of it was become by the warm winter, and also decline in a production on the Byelorussian enterprises, passes "Interfax"to the .soglasno contract, to the prisoner between "Beltransgazom" and "Gazpromom", Byelorussia must buy out in 2009 21,6 milliard of cubic meters
gas. In 2008 this index was 21,1 milliard of cubic meters, that on 2,3 milliard the less planned index.It was known at the end of March, 2009, that Byelorussia co-ordinated the cost of Russian gas. Russian SMI reported before, that average annual price
for gas for Byelorussia can make 148 dollars for thousand cubic meters. Thus in "Gazprome" declared that an agreement about paying of Russian gas for the fixed average annual price did not exist.Before "Gazprom" promised not to apply penalty
approvals for the shortage of gas to Ukraine. About it the chairman of rule reported at the beginning of March, 2009 "Gazproma" Alex Miller. Concordantly celled in January, 2009 to the contract, "Naftogaz" must import 40 milliards of cubic gas meters in a current year.
Later the Ukrainian company asked to shorten the volumes of supplying with gas to 33 milliards of cubic meters.Ukraine shortened the import of gas from Russia from the fall-off of GDP and reduction of industrial production volumes, caused by the consequences of global crisis.
On the same reasons, supplying with a fuel were diminished to Europe. In connection with diminishing of volumes of supplying with gas, and also declines of cost of fuel, income "Gazproma" considerably grew short. On some estimations, in 2009 "Gazprom" will receive less at least
