In MES of Siberia a seminar was completed on a civil defensive, extraordinary situations and mobilizational work. A seminar was conducted for the increase of professional level of specialists, responsible for providing of safety of working as of elektrosetevykh objects tension
220-1150 kv MES of Siberia. In particular, adjustment of plan of civil defensive (GO) came into question on a seminar, plugging in itself measure on preparation to defence and on defence of personnel, buildings and buildings, energooborudovaniya from dangers, arising up during military operations or
extraordinary situations (CHS) of natural and technogenic character. The necessity of adjustment of plan is conditioned by the new requirements of the Russian legislation. On results a discussion recommendations were produced on a structure and maintenance of plan in dependence
from a situation and places of location of elektrosetevykh objects of MES of Siberia. The processed plans in future will be directed on a concordance in the territorial organs of management on GO and Chs.V program of seminar a visit entered also V specialized forum
«Modern systems of safety – Antiterror», organized at support of the National antiterroristicheskogo committee, Vehicle of plenipotentiary of President of Russian FEDERATION in the Siberian Federal district, Governments of the Krasnoyarskogo edge. Within the framework
forum the participants of seminar took part in the discussion of questions of perfection of readiness of forces and facilities, necessary for minimization and liquidation of consequences of extraordinary situations, and also became acquainted with the exhibition of modern equipment and systems
to safety.
