Taking into account the conducted work on realization of the East gas program to type subdivisions of OAO «Gazprom» it is incumbent to prepare the complex plan of measures on synchronization of development extractive, gas-transport, gazopererabatyvayuschikh and gazokhimicheskikh
powers in East Siberia and on Far East. This question will be taken away for consideration of Board of directors of OAO «Gazprom».napomnim, that in September, 2007 by the order of Ministry to industry and power engineering specialists of Russian FEDERATION ratified state «Program of creation in East Siberia and on Far East
single system of booty, transporting of gas and gas-supplying taking into account the possible export of gas to the markets of China and other countries of ATR» (East gas program). «Gazprom» appointed by the government of Russian FEDERATION by the co-ordinator of activity on realization of this program.In
March, 2008 Board of directors of OAO «Gazprom» confirmed Strategy of development of gazokhimicheskogo and gazopererabatyvayuschego complexes. Within the framework of realization of the East gas program «Gazprom» taking into account Strategy works over conceptual suggestions on creation
in East Siberia and on Far East of processing powers. In particular, possibility of sozdaniya:gazopererabatyvayuschego factory (GPZ) and gazokhimicheskogo complex (GKHK) is presently examined in the Krasnoyarskom edge on a base Sobinsko-payginskogo
neftegazokondensatnogo deposit; and GKHK in the Irkutsk area on a base Chikanskogo of gazokondensatnogo deposit; and GKHK in Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), factory of SPG and GKHK in the Seashore edge on a base Chayandinskogo of neftegazokondensatnogo deposit; in
Khabarovsk edge for processing of part of natural gas which will be obtained within the framework of perspective projects on mastering of deposits of shelf of o. Sakhalin.
