State registration of changes, brought in the constituent documents of OAO took place «Tgk-10». In accordance with these changes to OAO «Tgk-10» it is renamed in OAO «Fortum». «We got testifying from Federal tax service of Russian FEDERATION to bringing of record in the Single state register of legal entities about state registration of changes, brought in the constituent documents of our energokompanii. Thereafter in all internal
and external communications the new name of company – OAO will be used «Fortum». We will aim to work in accordance with practices and procedures «maternal» companies and to labour for results which will allow to us proudly to carry this name»,
