In House of government of Russian FEDERATION meeting of intergovernmental rossiysko-norvezhskoy commission took place on the economic, industrial and scientific and technical collaboration of two countries. The first vice-chairman of government of Russian FEDERATION headed a commission Victor Zubkov. Within the framework of meeting participants exchanged opinions and discussed the variants of further co-operation in industries of economy, industry, information and innovative technologies.Participants
meetings met in opinion, that in co-operation of Russia and Norway exist considerable points growth in the key areas of industry, in particular, large potential in area of innovations. Exchange by effective innovative technologies
instrumental in modernization of such key areas of industry as neftegazovaya, metallurgical, power and ZHKKH. Taking into account strategic importance of these industries, a collaboration must have approach of the systems – as special program development,
and also by the exchange of the already realized programs which are directed on increase of economic, industrial and scientific and technical potential of Russia and Norway.«Already the row of the programs prepares the center of innovations in area of energoresursosberezheniya, to ecology and
to safety of the systems of life-support. So, for example, program of protivoavariynoy defence of pipelines, which is based on technology of stabilizing of pressure of EKOVEYV. As evaluated by experts, introduction of the program helps to reduce an accident rate on pipelines to
85%. Exactly similar programs, c by the use of innovations, interesting for the mutually beneficial collaboration of our countries. Because exchange in this direction will allow experience to manage as c by internal tasks: by an accident rate on pipelines, by losses, environmentalists
