Investprogramma of MRSK of Volga is directed on development of distributive elektrosetevogo complex in accordance with the accepted regional government «By the complex of system measures of development of elektrosetevogo economy of the Saratov area on 2007-2010 years». Within the framework of realization of investprogrammy OAO «MRSK of Volga» in Engels new substation was built 110 kv, getting the name «East». Its recommission allows to provide electric power growings necessities and to create reserve of power. By a meaningful event for
putting into the operation of new substation became an area «Tereshka» 220/110/10 kv, becoming a decision problem of reliability of energy supply of knot «Saratov – Vol’sk is Balakovo – Khvalynsk». Substations brought into an action – first energoob’ekty of such scale, built in
Saratov area for the last 15 years. In 2009 of OAO «MRSK of Volga» continues work on development of distributive electric networks. In Saratov the reconstruction of substation will be completed 110 kv «Novosokolovogorskaya», and also substations 110 kv «GPZ» and 35 kv «Mel’zavodskaya».
For the improvement of quality of power supply of Zavolzh’ya substation is modernized «Saratovka-1», the new high-voltage line of Novouzensk is built – Boundary. A company already began the leadthrough of mass workovers within the framework of preparation to fall-winter
