all works on complex automation and introduction of management information. Within the framework of Project transformation of all informative subsystems of company is foreseen to single computer-integrated informative space and, as a result, high-quality
increase of efficiency of business of Company due to optimization of basic biznes-processov. The complex program of automation will engulf the executive vehicle of OAO «MRSK of North Caucasus» and all branches.Board of directors of OAO «MRSK of North Caucasus»
authorised the director general of OAO «Holding of MRSK» Nikolay Nikolaevich to carry out Shveca on behalf of Company of right and duty of employer in regard to the Director general of Company, including to determine the conditions of the labour agreement and sign
labour contract, and also additional agreements to him. In accordance with Regulation of OAO «MRSK of North Caucasus» the right and duties employer on behalf of Company in regard to the Director general and members of Rule of Company are carried out by Board of directors
or by a person, authorized Board of directors of Company.
