By the main criteria of selection of winners of competition of steel implementation of the followings terms: absence of debt
for energoresursy, timely realization of running payments, observance of the modes of energy consumption. The names of the best users of energoresursov were traditionally determined in four nominations: «Industrial enterprises», «Enterprises of small and middle business»,
