In night on Junes, 4 a cyclone, accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty wind, passed on territory of a few areas of the Central federal district, that caused violation in-process network energokompleksa, including in «Smolenskenergo» and «Bryanskenergo». On territory of the Smolenskoy area an about 20 o’clock of Junes, 3 happened precipices on the lines of electricity transmission 6-10 kv and 110 kv. Ugranskiy most suffered district. On being in 21:00 3 June 215 transformer points (TP), 145 settlements, appeared in the area of disconnecting, without
the electric power remained about 8500 persons. During a day remontno-vosstanovitel’nye works were conducted by forces 11 brigades of the East and Central electric networks «Smolenskenergo», 11 units of spectekhniki were attracted. On being in a 7 o’clock of morning of Junes, 4 there is a power supply
it was recovered in a 91 settlement, including district center of settlement of Ugra, 2017 persons while are without light. Works proceed. In the Bryansk area a cyclone provoked falling on the wires of trees, that became reason of disconnecting of electric power
in a number of settlements of area. Dyat’kovskiy most suffered, Navlinskiy, Karachevskiy, Suzemskiy districts. On a 21 o’clock of Junes, 3 6 air-tracks (VL) were a power-off 110 kv, 6 VL 35 kv, 20 VL 6-10 kv. 4 substations appeared obestochennymi 35 kv, 382 TP 6-10 kv, 131 settlement,
31 school, 19 247 persons of population. By forces 26 repair brigades to 7:00 substations 35 kv fully entered in work, remain obestochennymi 48 TP, feed-in 24 inhabited point with a quantity 3 739 persons and 4 schools. 8 brigades, being, work above renewal of power supply
from 32 persons, 4 units of spectekhniki. Remontno-vosstanovitel’nye of work proceed. Reference time of completion of remontno-vosstanovitel’nykh works in case if there will not be a return of cyclone, it is planned on 16:00 4 June.
