The power of CIS and Baltic countries (UPS / IPS) together with the power of Western Europe was completed without precedent in scale and significance of the development of a three-year feasibility study of simultaneous Electricity UPS / IPS and UCTE, conducted under the supervision of the System Operator UES of Russia and the company E. ON Netz GmbH .In studies performed calculations normal alleged energoobedineniya UPS / IPS – UCTE for various scenarios, the transfer of power from East to West and back. The result of practical work was the preparation of the final report on the rationale possible interpretation of the two largest grids in the kontinente.V solemn setting chapters power – participants signed an overview of the major works and the results of the project feasibility study on which the parties concerned will take further action on the integration energosistem.V final meeting was attended by representatives of the group of companies UPS / IPS: NEC Ukrenergo (Ukraine), Concern Belenergo (Belarus), GAO Latvenergo (Latvia), AB Lietuvos Energija (Lithuania), AB Eesti Energia (Estonia). On the Russian side the meeting was attended by representatives of OAO Inter RAO EES , the Board EES CIS, NP Round Table of Industrialists of cooperation with the European Union . Consortium UCTE system operators representing 11 countries in Western, Central and Eastern Evropy.Analiz distribution of power flows showed that in most cases there is no problem of interconnections exchange and transfer opportunities are limited only by internal sections in each synchronous zone.Nesmotrya the difficulty of the task to develop the principles of unification of the two Electricity from different geographical length and structure of the network, using different rules, standards, rules management, design research came to an end. The survey reflects the general consensus group of companies UPS / IPS and UCTE consortium that build the world’s largest market platform for trade in electricity can be realized in the medium term through establishment of asynchronous communication. The transition to a simultaneous association is seen as a promising target for long-term sotrudnichestva.Otmechaya special significance of signing the final report, Chairman of the JSC SO UES Boris Ayuev said: The completion of the project study and approval of the feasibility study report is an important practical step, a new step towards the creation of a pan-European energy space, making the global energy policy. The study provided a technological basis for the development of pan-European electricity market, opportunities to help energy companies from different countries in emergency situations .
