The cost of the February futures for WTI in the electronic bidding for the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on Friday morning rose to 1.11 dollars – up to 36.46 dollars per barrel.The contract price for February at the WTI on Wednesday closed at 35.35 dollars per barrel, falling more than 9% on reducing demand. The fall of quotations from the beginning of December has reached 30%. Analysts predicted a possible decline in the value of oil to 30 dollars per barrel before the end of 2008. Trading on exchanges in Western Europe and the USA on December 25, is not held in connection with the celebration of Christmas, transmits agency Bloomberg.
