The American researchers rotined that for making of hybrid emitters on organic quantum points, the spectrum of radiation of which recovers all visible range, an universal structure can be used. Hybrid emitters on organic quantum points (QD-LEDs) give net colors and demonstrate high reliability and efficiency, being cheap enough in making. Technology of assembling of wares, pluggings in itself the sets of green, red and dark blue quantum
points also universal and must be inexpensive, reports nanonewsnet.ru.- Paulina Anikeeva (Polina Anikeeva) and its colleagues from Massachusettskogo of Technological Institute (Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT) used colloid quantum points, made from semiconductor
crystals ZnCdS and ZnCdSe, synthesized on different technologies. It changes the spectrum of their radiation, allowing in combination to recover all visible range. Scientists were able to use the same organic podlozhki which, in spite of existing doubts,
appeared consonant with each of the used types of quantum points. The method of depositing of quantum points on the surface of podlozhki is simple enough. On the first phase researchers used the method of dispersion in a centrifuge for creation on-the-spot elastomeric
stamp of even monosloya of quantum points. In the second phase of technology this monosloy is inprinted in the structure of good.Authors marked the fourfold increase of efficiency of radiation for a green color and 30% increase of efficiency orange on comparison
with present information. In their opinion this result succeeded to be got due to the improvement of efficiency of transmission of energy from transmitters (eksitonov) in organic podlozhke to the quantum points. In the same time, problem of transmission of eksitonnoy energy in the case of dark blue
quantum points, while there is nereshennoy, and requires the search of new materials of podlozhek – effective donors of eksitonov. As Paulina Anikeeva supposes, a key decision lies in development of the proper organic materials with free electronic
and by p-type transmitters, possessing the wide restricted area.
