In Branch of OAO «WITH ECC» – Bashkir RDU was completed cycle of seminars, organized for optimization of co-operation between power companies and RDU in the questions of operativno-dispetcherskogo management the grid of Bashkiria. Teaching seminars were devoted to co-operation of branch OAO «WITH ECC» – Bashkir RDU with the subjects of regional energy after the transmission of functions of operativno-dispetcherskogo management the electroenergy mode of regional grid from a dispatching office
services to OAO «Bashkirenergo» in Bashkir RDU. The process of transmission was completed on November, 1, 2008 in accordance with the Federal law «About an electroenergy», which implementation of functions of the centralized operativno-dispetcherskogo management ECC of Russia is in obedience to
laid exceptionally on the System operator. Plugging of Bashkortostana in the single vertical line of controller’s management of ECC of Russia resulted in the origin of new terms of work of operativno-dispetcherskoy service and demanded clarification of chart of co-operation
controllers of the System operator with the power companies of region.Bashkir RDU conducted the cycle of teaching seminars more than 400 technical leaders and specialists took part in which «Bashkirenergo» and his daughter’s companies, such as «Bashkir
network company», «Bashkir distributive electric networks», «Bashkir distributive thermal networks», «Power sale company of Bashkortostana», and also «Bashkir generating company», its branches and daughter’s company «Novo-salavatskaya
TEC». During seminars the features of planning of repairs of generating and network equipment are considered, corporate strategic and short-term planning of the modes, work at the balancing market of electric power and power, accounting on work of generating
equipment. Also listeners became acquainted with technologies of prognostication of energy consumption, upravleni
from measures touched accompaniment of programmatic complexes, presently transferrable from RDU in regional electroenergy companies together with the row of nesvoystvennykh for RDU of functions. 13 programmatic complexes, their structure and functions, were considered,
necessary measures for organization of works on a transmission and order of the subsequent co-operating with the personnel of RDU. In addition, specialists of LTD. «Bashkir network company» familiarized with distributing of functions between RDU and network company at a management
by the objects of electric network 500-220 kv. Also the special measure was devoted to organization of telemetric information transfer from the objects of LTD. «Bashkir generating company», LTD. «Bashkir network company» and LTD. «Bashkir distributive
electric networks» on controller’s point of RDU. On a seminar came into question structure of transmission of telemetry from power-stations and substations, and also requirement of the System operator to the exchange teleinformaciey.
