Three largest energokompanii of the Sverdlovsk area signed new regulation which will put in order their co-operation at tacking of users to the electric networks. energokompaniyam more effectively to line up work on preparation of technical requirements, necessary for connecting of users. Companies also will in more close contact control the increase of loading in separate energouzlakh at joining of dwellings
quarters, enterprises, social’no-znachimykh objects and other users to the electric networks. All of it favourably will tell and on procedure of connecting of new users, and on providing of reliability of power supply already existing. In addition, regulation
will allow with greater exactness to forecast the consumption of electric energy in «problem» districts of grid and to develop measures for lifting restrictions on the technological tacking of users to the electric networks.Regulation sets
