On the period of becoming Minenergo of Russia there is a row of considerable events in a fuel and energy complex: completion of reform of electroenergy industry, start of market of power, realization of infrastructural projects, mastering of new neftegazovykh
provinces, creation of row of international organizations, cooperant to providing of global energobezopasnosti and increase of power efficiency. For stimulation of oil production changes are accepted in a legislation, projects are developed by Power
strategies to 2030 year and the General chart of development of gas industry to 2030 year. In spite of world economic crisis and decline of energy consumption, it was succeeded to retain strategic orientiry and develop potential of development of Russian TEK. Successfully passed
fall-winter period, the rates of liberalization of energorynka are stored, the investment programs will be realized power companies. There is restructuring of coal industry on the finishing stage, the complex programs of development of large regions of Russia are executed,
the package of antikrizisnykh measures is developed for TEK. In addition, Minenergo of Russia came forward with important power initiatives, and also prepared the row of documents, cooperant to development of international power cooperation.
