Brought ODU Severo-zapada results of the third annual cycle of the program of the special training of students on the electromechanics faculty of the Saint Petersburg state polytechnic university (Spbgpu). In 2008-2009 school year the specialized preparation of students for subsequent employment seven students of electromechanics faculty of Spbgpu passed in subdivisions and services of the System operator. Two from them already accepted to work in the branch of OAO «With
ECC» Leningrad RDU, three chosen work in of a particular branch NII
in the Russian power companies. From the students of final courses, persons interested to be specialized in the field of electroenergy, by a three-stage selection (questionnaire, essay, interview) groups are formed from 10
to the developed on-line tutorials. In teaching the employees of OAO participate actively «WITH ECC» and OAO «NIIPT», also during teaching internship in the branches of the System operator is foreseen. Realization of the program of preparation is begun in 2006 on a base Spbgpu. For three years
teaching on the specialized programs was passed in general complication by more than 60 students. Near 60% from them it is employed in the regional branches of the System operator and OAO «NIIPT». On all stages of the specialized teaching of seven students of Spbgpu participated in-process

(Spbgpu), Ural’skom state technical universitete-upi, Tomsk polytechnic university, Ivanovo state power university, Severo-kavkazskom state technical university and Yuzhno-rossiyskom state
technical university (Novocherkasskiy polytechnic institute).
