OAO «Pipe Metallurgical Company» (OAO «TMK»), managing the enterprises of TMK, reports about financial results on the Russian standards of record-keeping (RSBU) for the first quarter of 2009. Accounting control of OAO «TMK» on RSBU is not consolidated and does not include the results of activity of daughter’s companies. TMK in area of management of finansovo-khozyaystvennoy and production activity, services in legal, skilled and other questions. OAO «TMK» carries out plenary powers of individual executive branches Volzhsk, Sinarskogo, Severskogo pipe and Taganrog
metallurgical factories.Net loss of OAO «TMK» on RSBU for the first quarter of 2009 made 9 877 million roubles by comparison to a net loss 7 445 million roubles for the fourth quarter of 2008. In the first quarter of 2008 a net loss made 2 841 million roubles. Receipt of loss
in the first quarter of 2009 contingently the overvalue of currency obligations. The Russian standards of record-keeping in separate substantial aspects differ from the International standards of the financial reporting (MSFO).
