As a department of external communications of OAO reports «Engineering center ECC», parties agreed to carry out joint realization of investment projects in area of planning and building of power objects in Russia and abroad. The signatures under a document put deputy of director general ENKA Fekhmi Bayramoglu and first deputy of director general of OAO «Engineering center ECC» Valery Chistyakov. Both companies are included in the number of the largest participants of the Russian market of engineerings
services for an electroenergy. The agreement of party was fix the existing personal interest in deepening of mutually beneficial partnership in area of planning, building, reconstruction and modernization of power objects in Russia and abroad.ENKA
and «Engineering center ECC» agreed about a strategic collaboration and co-ordination of efforts with the purpose of optimization of process of portfolio of orders and their joint realization construction. Basic directions of partnership it is been exchange by information about projects,
creation of associations (consortium, soispolnenie) for preparation to competitive procedures of choice of contractor and realization of prisoners such association of contracts.Presently parties already carry out a collaboration on a large power project
– to building of block 3 Pgu-800 Mvt on Nizhnevartovskoy GRES. Turkish ENKA comes forward EPC-by the contractor of object, branch of OAO «Engineering center ECC» – «Institute of Teploelektroproekt» attracted for preparation of project and working document of block. Companies conduct also
