Board of directors of OAO «Vostochno-sibirskaya gas company» abolished a decision about the sale of belongings VSGK 5,48% shares of OAO «Verkhnechonskneftegaz». About it the leader of agency of property relations of the Irkutsk area reported Sergey Kladov. For abolition of transaction all representatives of regional government, which enter in the complement of board of directors, voted unanimously. It is vice-chairmen of government of the Irkutsk area Alexander Vedernikov and Mikhail Kruchinin, and also Sergey Kladov.
In all six persons are included in the board of directors of VSGK.Abolition of decision of Board of directors of VSGK from July, 17, 2008 about the sale of shares «Verkhnechonskneftegaza» foresaw the terms of world agreement between a company and agency of property relations Irkutsk
areas. It was signed on April, 8 on meeting of the Fourth arbitration appellate court, examining the complaint of agency of property relations about the decision of the Arbitration court of the Irkutsk area, which in November, 2008 did not acknowledge a transaction illegal.
Presently package of securities «Verkhnechonskneftegaza» it is on balance of VSGK, a correspondent reports «Energies of Priangar’ya» Yegor Scherbakov. In the fourth quarter of 2009 on auctions will be proposed all 50% shares «Vostochno-sibirskoy of gas company», which
are in the propert of the Irkutsk area. The cost of this package while is not certain, but at the end of May – beginning of June a competition will be declared on the selection of his appraiser.
